Columbia University’s first all-electric residence hall at 611 W. 112th Street was awarded LEED® Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), marking the University’s first residence hall to receive LEED recognition.

Columbia University continued its momentum of sustainable construction with the Li Lu Law Library in Jerome L. Greene Hall, which received LEED® Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Columbia University was awarded LEED® Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for 600 W. 125th Street, a 34-story residential building for graduate students and faculty on the southwest corner of 125th Street and Broadway that opened in 2024.
