The Program on Peace-building and Human Rights, Institute for the Study of Human Rights, welcomes Ilham Ahmed (Executive President, Syrian Democratic Council) to Columbia University to discuss the U.S. betrayal of the Kurds and the ongoing crisis in Syria.
