Join us for a hands-on introduction to NVivo, a leading qualitative analysis tool which enables scholars to identify and organize themes through hand coding, searching and coding, and limited automatic coding. It aids researchers in filtering thematic material through imported sets of attributes, and to then search and analyze that material in meaningful ways.
In this workshop, we will:
1. Take a tour of the NVivo software environment
2. Navigate through NVivo’s functions and tools
3. Import files
4. Create codes
5. Generate visualizations
This workshop is suitable for those with little or no experience using NVivo or other qualitative data analysis software.
