Join the Center on Global Energy Policy for a series of student-only virtual discussions with David Hill, CGEP Adjunct Senior Research Scholar, and Cheryl LaFleur, CGEP Distinguished Visiting Research Scholar, addressing current energy topics from a policy and legal perspective. These scholars have extensive private sector and public sector experience and will discuss with students a variety of energy policy topics concerning decarbonization of the power sector, electricity markets, and prospects for significant climate-related policy action in 2021.

Each session will be highly interactive, with a majority of the time devoted to discussion among the participants. Upon registration, students will receive a list of articles or other materials to review prior to the session.

Our first session will be hosted by David Hill. Our second session, scheduled for Tuesday, March 16 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. EDT, will be hosted by Cheryl LaFleur. Both scholars will co-host our third and final session on Monday, April 5 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. EDT.
