The Integrative Capstone Workshop serves as the culminating educational experience for students in the M.S. in Sustainability Management program. Students must draw on both the practical skills and the analytical knowledge they have gained in order to address crucial sustainability management issues as consultants for a real-world client. This semester, students have undertaken the following projects: Westport Climate Action Plan Client: Westport Green Task Force Trash Talks: Defining the Next Generation of Sustainable Sanitation Services for Union Square Partnership and the Public Realm Client: Union Square Partnership Bringing Electric Vehicles, EV Ride Sharing & Community Solar to Target senior citizen and low-income Populations in Westchester County, New York Client: Sustainable Westchester Protect Giant Manta Rays by Enhancing Planeta Océano’s Community-Based Marine Conservation and Ecotourism/Voluntourism Alternative Livelihoods Program Client: Planeta Océano Coordinating Off-grid Infrastructure for Resilience in Mexico City Client: Ashoka Mexico Please bring your ID and arrive by no later than 6:10 p.m. so as not to disrupt the presentations.
