Scholars and faculty from the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia SIPA (CGEP) and Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) will join students for a series of engaging seminars to discuss the world’s most pressing issues and solutions related to energy and the environment. The goal of this seminar series is to thoroughly engage with the forces of technology, policy, and everything in between as they relate to the challenge of mitigating the effects of climate change. Our fourth seminar will address air pollution and the energy transition and will feature Dr. Melissa Lott, CGEP Senior Research Scholar and Lead of the Power Sector and Renewables Research Initiative, and Professor V. Faye McNeill, Professor of Chemical Engineering, Faculty Member at the Earth Institute, Principal Investigator for the Clean Air Toolbox for Cities.
