In an ongoing effort to incorporate sustainable practices into daily operations, Columbia Print has transitioned to 100% recycled paper for all black and white copy orders. Effective September 2015, all paper used for black and white copies is made from 100% post-consumer waste. This new service comes at no additional cost to the customer and does not require any special request. Columbia Print is currently researching a similar, more sustainable solution for University stationery including business cards and letterhead.
As standard practice, Columbia Print uses 30% recycled paper for all printing requests and offers a 100% recycled option at an additional cost. All toner is also recycled and their current equipment partner, Ricoh, is one of Global 100’s Most Sustainable Company’s in the World.
